This is a business Site that aims to promote the properties and services we have available to offer to the general public. Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Us (in respect of which liability shall be unlimited) and except in the case of fraudulent misrepresentation, We shall not be liable to you, by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law or under the express terms of this Agreement for any loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, economic loss, lost savings, the costs or expense of obtaining alternative goods or services or any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of contracts, goodwill, profit or otherwise) costs or expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by the negligence of Us, its employees, agents or otherwise and whether reasonably foreseeable or not and whether We had been advised of the possibility of the you incurring or suffering the same) which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the Site, any other goods or services or otherwise in connection with the performance or non performance of this Agreement.

Prices herein are subject to availability and we do not guarantee the accuracy of the data provided although we will do our best to offer the best service.

Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
